Workplace Mediation

Workplace mediation is a co-operative way of resolving difficult situations in the workplace, and in a way that is more likely to produce a mutually acceptable and sustainable workable outcome. 

 

Mediation encourages open and honest dialogue, and is designed to be used instead of the more common formal business processes of disciplinary and grievance hearings.  These are adversarial in nature and tend not to produce positive and long-

lasting relationships.

Many issues that occur at work are suitable for mediation, including

disagreements between employees (at any level); conflicts between

various stakeholder groups and also conflicts between and within

teams.

All of our mediation practitioners are trained and accredited.   Nancy

gained her National Certificate in Workplace Mediation from the

TCM group, a leading provider of business and workplace mediation
